Position: Business Development Representative (BDR)
About the role: We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for Joopler, a leading consulting firm that specializes in Agile methodology, DevOps practices, security, testing, and continuous delivery. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads that will ultimately lead to increased revenue for the company.
Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various lead generation activities such as cold calling, emailing and networking.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through effective lead management and follow-up.

Research and understand the target market and industry trends to identify potential opportunities for Joopler.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to close new business.

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.

Provide regular updates to the sales team and management on the status of the sales pipeline and forecast future sales.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
