Position: Business Development Representative (BDR)
 

About the role: We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for Joopler, a leading consulting firm that specializes in Agile methodology, DevOps practices, security, testing, and continuous delivery. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads that will ultimately lead to increased revenue for the company.


Responsibilities:
 

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various lead generation activities such as cold calling, emailing and networking.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through effective lead management and follow-up.

  • Research and understand the target market and industry trends to identify potential opportunities for Joopler.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to close new business.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.

  • Provide regular updates to the sales team and management on the status of the sales pipeline and forecast future sales.


Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
